- Arkavo Account Recovery Service: If you opt for Arkavo's account recovery service, we will collect and store your personal information in an encrypted form. This service is designed to assist you in regaining access to your Arkavo account in case of loss or other issues. The information collected for this service is encrypted and handled with strict confidentiality.
Screen Recording, Camera & Microphone Data:
- Collection: ArkavoCreator captures screen content, camera video, and microphone audio only when you explicitly initiate a recording or live stream session. No screen, camera, or microphone data is captured in the background or without your direct action.
- Purpose: Screen, camera, and microphone data is used solely to produce video recordings saved locally on your device or to transmit a live stream to a third-party platform (such as Twitch or YouTube) that you have configured. Camera and microphone inputs allow you to include yourself in recordings and streams as a content creator.
- Third-Party Sharing: Screen, camera, and microphone data is not transmitted to Arkavo servers and is not shared with any third parties other than the streaming destination you select. None of this data is used for analytics, advertising, facial recognition, voice analysis, or any purpose other than recording and streaming as initiated by you.
- Storage & Retention: Locally recorded files are stored on your device under your control. Streamed content is transmitted in real-time to your chosen platform and is not retained by ArkavoCreator after transmission. No camera or microphone data is stored on Arkavo servers at any time.
Usage Data:
- Data Encryption: All usage data collected by Arkavo is fully encrypted to protect your privacy. This data is used solely to enhance your experience on the platform.
- Anonymized Summary Data: We collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to analyze trends, such as the most popular features on Arkavo. This summary data does not identify individual users and is used to improve our services.
- Court-Ordered Disclosures: In the event of a vetted legal request, such as a court order, Arkavo may be required to provide usage data for a specific user and timeframe. This data will only be disclosed as mandated by law and is not associated with Apple.
